These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 777xs platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any service on this site. By using 777xs you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
Section 1
Welcome to 777xs, an online gaming platform accessible at https://777xs.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you, the user ("User", "you" or "your"), and 777xs (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") in relation to your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, support services and related content made available through it.
This Platform is an English-language service primarily targeting users in Pakistan. It offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL fixtures and ICC tournaments), live casino games, slots, table games, esports markets and instant games.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or by the Operator's license conditions, whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly permit minors to register Accounts. If we discover that a User is or was below the minimum age at the time of registration, we reserve the right to void any bets or winnings and close the Account immediately.
You must not be located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. Registering an Account does not constitute any representation by us that such use is lawful in your location.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You must not be subject to a court order, mental incapacity ruling or other legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts.
You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling generally under any self-exclusion programme active at the time of registration or account use. If you have previously self-excluded from 777xs or any related platform, you must not attempt to re-register.
Each User may hold only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held across all such Accounts.
Section 4
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form, including a valid email address and mobile phone number. You must ensure that all information provided remains accurate and up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account.
The Operator is required to verify the identity of Account holders. At registration or at any subsequent point, we may request documentation to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds. Acceptable documents may include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, utility bill or equivalent official documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, voiding of bets and forfeiture of any Balance. This includes but is not limited to providing a false date of birth, name or address.
Section 5
By accessing the Platform you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that:
The Operator reserves the right to void bets, suspend Accounts and recover funds where there is evidence of any of the above prohibited activities. Decisions made by the Operator in such circumstances are final.
Section 6
Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of your deposit. The Operator may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah as contextual examples. Actual availability of any specific payment method is subject to change and must be confirmed in the cashier before proceeding. The Operator makes no representation that any particular payment provider supports or endorses gambling transactions.
Deposits are processed in the currency displayed in the cashier. Where amounts are referenced in PKR, these are illustrative of the local currency context. Applicable exchange rates, if any, are determined at the time of the transaction and may vary.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method and promotional offer. The Operator reserves the right to update minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you. The Operator does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from accounts in names other than your own may be returned and your Account suspended pending investigation.
Section 7
From time to time, the Operator may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other promotions to eligible Users. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means a total of PKR 150,000 in eligible bets must be placed before the Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable cash. These are examples only — actual figures are set per promotion.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet restriction applies. Placing bets above this limit during a bonus period may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit per round or bet slip will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally to the clearance of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino products. Sports bets may contribute at a different rate. Exact contribution percentages will be set out in the promotion terms. Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement must be satisfied within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the expiry window will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them.
The Operator reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any bonus-derived winnings and close an Account if there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other conduct that the Operator reasonably considers to be inconsistent with the spirit of a promotion.
Section 8
Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Platform cashier. The Operator will process withdrawal requests in accordance with the payment method selected and subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC verification.
Available withdrawal methods are displayed in the cashier. Processing times vary by method and are subject to the Operator's internal review procedures, the payment provider's own processing windows, and your KYC verification status. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers. Familiar Pakistani payment rails including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers are referenced as contextual examples; actual availability must be confirmed in the cashier.
The Operator reserves the right to complete full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting identity documents, proof of address and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set out in the cashier and may vary by payment method. The Operator reserves the right to stage large withdrawal requests across multiple payments.
If your Account becomes inactive (no login or activity) for a continuous period as specified in the Platform's inactive account policy, an inactivity fee may apply in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. You will be notified in advance of any deduction. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to return remaining balances to their owner.
Section 9
777xs is committed to responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It is not a reliable way to generate income, and losses are a normal part of gambling activity. We strongly encourage all Users to gamble within their means and to use the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of funds:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, game content and data — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, display, perform or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights.
Section 12
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
Section 13
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; (c) you are found to be ineligible under Section 3; (d) your Account is subject to a regulatory investigation; or (e) the Operator ceases to operate in the relevant market.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a payment method registered to your Account, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable processing windows.
Upon termination — whether by the Operator or the User — all licences granted to you under these Terms shall cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 11, 12 and 14) shall continue in force.
Section 14
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the Operator's licensing documentation.
Nothing in this clause prevents the Operator from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 15
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address registered to your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
